CCD HELP NEEDED - The 2009 CCD year has ended and now we begin planning for 2009 – 2010.  We are in need of volunteer teachers for all grades.  The CCD program in Catholic churches throughout the country is a vital and important area of concern.  It is important that we keep our children motivated to practice their faith and remain in the Catholic Church – they are our future.  If you are interested in teaching or being a teacher’s aid, or if you can’t be there each and every week, perhaps you can substitute for us when a teacher is absent.  Whatever you can do will be much appreciated.  Please contact Susan Stanek – 543-2730 for further information.

CCD CLASSES - are completed for the 2008-2009 school year.  We  would like to take this opportunity to thank all those involved - teachers, parents, assistant, and Mary Arabik for her time and talent in organizing the classes, without which this program would not have been successful.

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY

Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers in the Parish. We thank you for all the big and little things you do for our families day in and day out—things that often go unnoticed or unappreciated. May God smile upon you and bless you always. At this time we especially pray for all our deceased mothers that they rejoice this day in the company of Jesus and his Mother Mary. Happy Mother’s Day.
