FINANCIAL REPORT TO PARISHIONERS

ON OUR TWO RECENT ENDEAVORS, THE SALE OF RAFFLE TICKETS AND THE DINNER DANCE ON JANUARY 24, 2009

The raffle ticket sales amounted to $20,380.00.  With expenses of $869.23, our net profit before taxes was $19,510.77.

The parishioners of Immaculate Conception and I are most grateful to the donors of our raffle prizes:

ProHealth and Jesko Tool for the TV

Swis Tuurbine, Inc., and Lee Tool – Snow Thrower

Celebrity Builders – Gas Card

Robert’s Auto Body – GPS

Hana’s Kitchen – 10 Gift Certificates

Due to the great financial success of the raffle, the committee and I decided to donate an additional snow thrower.

From the comments the committee and I received, the dinner/dance went extremely well.  The proceeds from this event were $9,579.00, and after expenses, we show a net profit before taxes of $7,767.00.

Once again, let me express my heartfelt thanks to the parishioners who were so generous in their support of this undertaking.  In addition, I am very grateful to the members of both committees who worked so hard to make this possible and successful.

May God Bless you.
